Used parts are used and may have some wear and tear or slight discoloration. During the sorting process the worst items will have been removed and not added to my store. However, this still means some parts will be worse than others. As you can see from my feedback more often than not the used parts are still to an excellent standard.
Also used parts may have stickers on them. I do not remove them. They are easy to remove and won't have left any damage to the brick.
New Parts
NEW parts are new from box and still may have imperfections escpecially transluscent pieces. Minifugures are packed into their own bag.
Shipping outiside of europe is expensive. Therefore bear that in mind before ordering.
Missing Parts
If I am short of parts at the time of order a credit will be issued to the cost of them. If however you receive your order and parts are missing I will in the first instance send out the missing parts. If I don't have the parts they will then be refunded.
